The legal validity of a private law legal act of an institution as referred to in Article 1a, paragraph 2, which has been performed in violation of the rules laid down by or pursuant to this Act, shall not be challengeable on that ground.
De rechtsgeldigheid van een privaatrechtelijke rechtshandeling van een instelling als bedoeld in artikel 1a, tweede lid, welke is verricht in strijd met de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regels is niet uit dien hoofde aantastbaar.
