Article 22e

The supervisory authority referred to in Article 1d, paragraph 1, point (f), is, by way of derogation from Article 22, paragraph 1, authorised to provide data or information obtained in the performance of its duties assigned under this Act with regard to an institution as referred to in Article 1a, paragraph 4, point (l), to the Gaming Authority, insofar as the data or information is useful for the exercise of the tasks of the Gaming Authority pursuant to the Betting and Gaming Act (Wet op de kansspelen).
Article 22a, paragraphs two up to and including four, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De toezichthoudende autoriteit, bedoeld in artikel 1d, eerste lid, onderdeel f, is in afwijking van artikel 22, eerste lid, bevoegd gegevens of inlichtingen verkregen bij de vervulling van zijn ingevolge deze wet opgedragen taak ten aanzien van een instelling als bedoeld in artikel 1a, vierde lid, onderdeel l, te verstrekken aan de kansspelautoriteit, voor zover de gegevens of inlichtingen dienstig zijn voor de uitoefening van taken van de kansspelautoriteit op grond van de Wet op de kansspelen.
Artikel 22a, tweede tot en met vierde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
