For the purpose of compliance with the obligations set out in Articles 16 and 17, the institutions referred to in Article 1a, paragraph 4, point (c), are not bound by the duty of confidentiality referred to in Article 11a of the Advocatenwet (Advocates Act), and the institutions referred to in Article 1a, paragraph 4, point (d), are not bound by the duty of confidentiality in Article 22 of the Wet op het notarisambt (Notaries Act).
Ten behoeve van de naleving van de in de artikelen 16 en 17 opgenomen verplichtingen, zijn de instellingen, bedoeld in artikel 1a, vierde lid, onderdeel c, niet gehouden aan de geheimhoudingsplicht, bedoeld in artikel 11a van de Advocatenwet en zijn de instellingen, bedoeld in artikel 1a, vierde lid, onderdeel d, niet gehouden aan de geheimhoudingsplicht in artikel 22 van de Wet op het notarisambt.
