During the transfer to or from the Netherlands, the custody of the convicted person is entrusted to Dutch officials who are authorised to take all appropriate measures for the security of the convicted person and for the prevention of his escape.
Bij de overbrenging van of naar Nederland is de bewaking van de veroordeelde opgedragen aan Nederlandse ambtenaren die bevoegd zijn alle dienstige maatregelen te nemen ter beveiliging van de veroordeelde en ter voorkoming van zijn ontvluchting.
