Where a foreign state has consented to the enforcement of a sanction imposed by it in the Netherlands, Our Minister shall place the documents submitted by the authorities of that state in the hands of the public prosecutor in the district in which the convicted person has his permanent place of residence or actual abode, or, in the absence thereof, in the hands of the public prosecutor at the district public prosecutor's office in Amsterdam.
If the convicted person is a person as referred to in Article 2 of the Military Criminal Code (Wet militaire strafrechtspraak), Our Minister shall transmit the documents to the public prosecutor in the district in which the court is situated that is competent under that Act to exercise jurisdiction over that person.
Wanneer een vreemde staat heeft bewilligd in de tenuitvoerlegging van een door deze opgelegde sanctie in Nederland, stelt Onze Minister de door de autoriteiten van die staat overgelegde stukken in handen van de officier van justitie in het arrondissement waarin de veroordeelde zijn vaste woon- of verblijfplaats heeft, of bij gebreke daarvan in die van de officier van justitie bij het arrondissementsparket Amsterdam.
Is de veroordeelde een in artikel 2 van de Wet militaire strafrechtspraak bedoelde persoon, dan zendt Onze Minister de stukken toe aan de officier van justitie in het arrondissement waarin de rechtbank is gelegen die ingevolge die wet bevoegd is over die persoon rechtsmacht uit te oefenen.
