Article 61o

Our Minister shall only take a decision to apply Article 61m, paragraph 1, if:
a.
it appears from the agreement referred to in that article for which period it is valid, and
b.
For each admitted institution, it shall be established through that application which financial or other consequences result therefrom for it.
Onze Minister neemt slechts een besluit tot toepassing van artikel 61m, eerste lid, indien:
a.
uit de in dat artikel bedoelde overeenkomst blijkt voor welke periode deze geldt, en
b.
voor elke toegelaten instelling door die toepassing komt vast te staan welke financiële of andere gevolgen voor haar daaruit voortvloeien.
