In an instruction as referred to in Article 61d, a time limit shall be set within which the permitted institution or the subsidiary must comply with said instruction.
2.
Notice of a designation shall be given in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).

In een aanwijzing als bedoeld in artikel 61d wordt een termijn gesteld binnen welke de toegelaten instelling of de dochtermaatschappij daaraan dient te voldoen.
2.
Van een aanwijzing wordt mededeling gedaan in de Staatscourant.
