Article 61c

The costs associated with the exercise of supervision and with the instructions given and measures taken pursuant to Article 48, paragraph 8, 61d up to and including 61h, 104a, paragraph 1, 105, paragraph 1, and 120b, shall be borne by the admitted institutions, in accordance with regulations to be laid down in that regard by order in council.
De kosten die gemoeid zijn met de uitoefening van het toezicht en met de ingevolge de artikel 48, achtste lid, 61d tot en met 61h, 104a, eerste lid, 105, eerste lid, en 120b gegeven aanwijzingen en genomen maatregelen, komen, overeenkomstig bij algemene maatregel van bestuur daaromtrent te geven voorschriften, voor rekening van de toegelaten instellingen.
