The instrument provider is liable for the costs associated with:
processing an application for the admission of an instrument for quality assurance to the quality assurance system for construction as referred to in Article 7ad; and
the maintenance of the data in the register referred to in Article 7ai, paragraph 1, under (a) up to and including (c).
The instrument provider shall be liable for a contribution towards the costs related to the supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to Article 7ac and Article 7ah.
The accreditation organisation shall determine the fees and the contribution referred to in the first and second paragraphs, as well as the manner of payment of these fees and contribution.
Rules shall be laid down by or pursuant to an Order in Council regarding the application of the first to the third paragraph inclusive.
De instrumentaanbieder is een vergoeding verschuldigd voor de kosten die samenhangen met:
het behandelen van een aanvraag om toelating van een instrument voor kwaliteitsborging tot het stelsel van kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen als bedoeld in artikel 7ad; en
het bijhouden van de gegevens in het register, bedoeld in artikel 7ai, eerste lid, onder a tot en met c.
De instrumentaanbieder is een bijdrage verschuldigd in de kosten die verband houden met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens artikel 7ac en artikel 7ah.
De toelatingsorganisatie stelt de vergoedingen en de bijdrage, bedoeld in het eerste en tweede lid, alsmede de wijze van betaling van deze vergoedingen en bijdrage, vast.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de toepassing van het eerste tot en met derde lid.
