For the application of the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Section, the following definitions shall apply:
quality assurance instrument: assessment methodology intended to determine whether there is justified confidence that the construction of a building complies with the regulations established pursuant to Section 4.3, subsection 1, opening words and point (a), or subsection 4, of the Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet), or Section 120;
admissions body: admissions body for quality assurance in construction as referred to in Article 7ak;
instrument provider: a natural person or legal entity that submits an application for the admission of an instrument for quality assurance to the quality assurance system for construction to the admission organisation;
quality assurance agent: a natural person or legal entity that, with the consent of the instrument provider, applies an admitted instrument for quality assurance;
construction work: construction work as referred to in the Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet).
Voor de toepassing van het bij of krachtens deze paragraaf bepaalde wordt verstaan onder:
instrument voor kwaliteitsborging: beoordelingsmethodiek die tot doel heeft vast te stellen of er een gerechtvaardigd vertrouwen bestaat dat het bouwen van een bouwwerk voldoet aan de voorschriften die zijn gesteld op grond van artikel 4.3, eerste lid, aanhef en onder a, of vierde lid, van de Omgevingswet, of artikel 120;
toelatingsorganisatie: toelatingsorganisatie kwaliteitsborging bouw als bedoeld in artikel 7ak;
instrumentaanbieder: natuurlijk persoon of rechtspersoon die een aanvraag tot toelating van een instrument voor kwaliteitsborging tot het stelsel van kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen indient bij de toelatingsorganisatie;
kwaliteitsborger: natuurlijk persoon of rechtspersoon die met toestemming van de instrumentaanbieder een toegelaten instrument voor kwaliteitsborging toepast;
bouwwerk: bouwwerk als bedoeld in de Omgevingswet.
