Our Minister shall, after having consulted the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie) on the matter, designate the persons who, following the entry into force of the Act, shall serve as chair or as member of the board of the KNB, the members' council and the district boards for a term of no more than ninety days. Within that term, the members' council and the district meeting, respectively, shall implement Article 71, paragraph 1, and Articles 67, paragraph 2, and 85, respectively.
Onze Minister wijst, na daarover het gevoelen van de vereniging Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie te hebben ingewonnen, de personen aan die na de inwerkingtreding van de wet als voorzitter of als lid zitting hebben in het bestuur van de KNB, de ledenraad en de ringbesturen voor een termijn van ten hoogste negentig dagen. Binnen die termijn geven de ledenraad onderscheidenlijk de ringvergadering uitvoering aan artikel 71, eerste lid, onderscheidenlijk aan de artikelen 67, tweede lid en 85.
