Article 9 shall not apply to a civil-law notary, junior civil-law notary or candidate civil-law notary who is also an attorney-at-law prior to the time of entry into force of this Act.
Op een notaris, toegevoegd notaris of kandidaat-notaris die tevens advocaat is vóór het tijdstip van in werking treden van deze wet is artikel 9 niet van toepassing.
