Decisions of the members' council, of the board, or of other bodies of the KNB, other than a regulation that has been validly established pursuant to Article 91, may be annulled by Royal Decree. Without prejudice to Article 10:39 of the General Administrative Law Act, a decision may not be annulled if six months have elapsed since it was made public.
Besluiten van de ledenraad, van het bestuur of van andere organen van de KNB, niet zijnde een verordening die op grond van artikel 91 rechtsgeldig tot stand is gekomen, kunnen bij koninklijk besluit worden vernietigd. Onverminderd artikel 10:39 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht kan een besluit niet worden vernietigd, indien zes maanden zijn verstreken nadat het is bekendgemaakt.
