The members' council exercises supervision over the board and may suspend or dismiss the members thereof from their position if it has lost confidence in the manner in which they perform their duties or for other valid reasons.
De ledenraad oefent toezicht uit op het bestuur en hij kan de leden daarvan in hun functie schorsen of ontslaan, indien hij het vertrouwen in hun wijze van taakvervulling heeft verloren of wegens andere gegronde redenen.
