Without prejudice to Article 55, paragraph 1, the fees for the incorporation of a private limited company by electronic means as referred to in Article 175a, paragraph 1, of Book 2 of the Civil Code for the implementation of Article 13 quinquies of Directive 2017/1132/EU, shall be applied in a non-discriminatory manner.
Onverminderd artikel 55, eerste lid, worden de vergoedingen voor de oprichting van een besloten vennootschap langs elektronische weg als bedoeld in artikel 175a, eerste lid, van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek ter uitvoering van artikel 13 quinquies van richtlijn 2017/1132/EU, op niet discriminerende wijze toegepast.
