Our Minister shall provide the Office with a subsidy for the costs of the operation of the Office.
The subsidy shall not be granted until the KNB or the Royal Professional Organisation of Judicial Officers (Koninklijke Beroepsorganisatie van Gerechtsdeurwaarders), referred to in Article 56 of the Judicial Officers Act (Gerechtsdeurwaarderswet), has been heard regarding the operating costs of the Bureau that are related to the exercise of the supervision as referred to in Article 110, paragraph 1, third sentence, or Article 30 of the Judicial Officers Act (Gerechtsdeurwaarderswet).
By way of derogation from Article 4:21, paragraph 3, of the General Administrative Law Act, Title 4.2 of that Act shall apply.
The subsidy shall be granted per financial year. Division 4.2.8 of the General Administrative Law Act, with the exception of Articles 4:71 and 4:72, paragraphs one, two, four and five, shall apply, provided that:
the budget to be submitted in accordance with Article 26 of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities relates to the financial year, and Our Minister, in determining the date to be set pursuant to that article, takes into account Articles 4:60 and 4:61 of the General Administrative Law Act;
by way of derogation from Article 4:63 of the General Administrative Law Act regarding the content of the budget, Articles 27 and 28 of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) shall apply;
The activity report, as referred to in Article 4:80 of the General Administrative Law Act, shall be included in the annual report, as referred to in Article 18 of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities.
Our Minister may grant advances on the subsidy referred to in the first paragraph.
Onze Minister verstrekt aan het Bureau een subsidie voor de kosten van de exploitatie van het Bureau.
De subsidie wordt niet verstrekt dan nadat de KNB of de Koninklijke Beroepsorganisatie van Gerechtsdeurwaarders, bedoeld in artikel 56 van de Gerechtsdeurwaarderswet, is gehoord over de exploitatiekosten van het Bureau die samenhangen met het uitoefenen van het toezicht als bedoeld in artikel 110, eerste lid, derde volzin, of artikel 30 van de Gerechtsdeurwaarderswet.
In afwijking van artikel 4:21, derde lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is titel 4.2 van die wet van toepassing.
De subsidie wordt per boekjaar verstrekt. Afdeling 4.2.8, met uitzondering van de artikelen 4:71 en 4:72, eerste, tweede, vierde en vijfde lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, is van toepassing, met dien verstande dat:
de overeenkomstig artikel 26 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen toe te zenden begroting betrekking heeft op het boekjaar en Onze Minister bij de ingevolge dat artikel vast te stellen datum rekening houdt met de artikelen 4:60 en 4:61 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht;
in afwijking van artikel 4:63 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht op de inhoud van de begroting de artikelen 27 en 28 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen van toepassing zijn;
het activiteitenverslag, bedoeld in artikel 4:80 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, wordt opgenomen in het jaarverslag, bedoeld in artikel 18 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen.
Onze Minister kan voorschotten op de in het eerste lid bedoelde subsidie verlenen.
