The junior civil-law notary (kandidaat-notaris) who has been appointed as a substitute shall, if this has not already taken place, take the oath before the court in the district in which the chamber for the civil-law notary profession (kamer voor het notariaat) is established under which the civil-law notary to be replaced falls, in connection with the acceptance of his appointment. Article 3, paragraphs two up to and including five, and Article 4 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De kandidaat-notaris die tot waarnemer is benoemd, legt, indien dit nog niet eerder heeft plaatsgevonden, in verband met de aanvaarding van zijn benoeming de eed af voor de rechtbank in het arrondissement waarin de kamer voor het notariaat is gevestigd waaronder de te vervangen notaris ressorteert. Artikel 3, tweede tot en met vijfde lid, en artikel 4 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
