Articles 2:1, paragraphs 2 and 3, and 2:2, as well as Chapters 3, 4, and 9 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) do not apply to the statutory activities and the activities that the civil-law notary (notaris) customarily performs in connection therewith, nor to the refusal to perform such activities.
De artikelen 2:1, tweede en derde lid, en 2:2 en de hoofdstukken 3, 4, en 9 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn niet van toepassing op de wettelijke werkzaamheden en de werkzaamheden die de notaris in samenhang daarmee pleegt te verrichten en op de weigering deze te verrichten.
