In the event that the decision transmitted to the executing state concerns the payment of a sum of money to the state for the benefit of the victim, the state shall, as soon as a notification has been received from the executing state that an amount has been received, pay that amount to the victim.
Ingeval de aan de uitvoerende lidstaat toegezonden beslissing strekt tot betaling aan de staat van een geldsom ten behoeve van het slachtoffer, keert de staat, zodra van de uitvoerende lidstaat een kennisgeving is ontvangen dat een bedrag is ontvangen, dat bedrag uit aan het slachtoffer.
