Our Minister is authorised to transmit a decision imposing a financial penalty, a decision regarding confiscation, or a confiscation order imposed in the Netherlands, to another Member State of the European Union for the purpose of enforcement therein.
Onze Minister is bevoegd tot het verzenden van een in Nederland opgelegde beslissing, houdende een geldelijke sanctie, een beslissing tot confiscatie of een confiscatiebevel, aan een andere lidstaat van de Europese Unie met het oog op de tenuitvoerlegging aldaar.
