In addition to Article 415, Articles 571 up to and including 574 apply mutatis mutandis to the proceedings before the court of appeal.
In aanvulling op artikel 415 zijn de artikelen 571 tot en met 574 van overeenkomstige toepassing op het rechtsgeding voor het gerechtshof.
