Our Minister of Security and Justice may, in agreement with the Minister of Defence, charge all or certain commanders with the investigation, outside the jurisdiction of a court, of certain criminal offences designated by him.
Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie kan, in overeenstemming met de Minister van Defensie, alle of bepaalde commandanten belasten met de opsporing buiten het rechtsgebied van een rechtbank van bepaalde door hem aangewezen strafbare feiten.
