The requirements with which the form of the summons for the suspect to appear at the hearing must comply shall be determined by Our Minister of Security and Justice.
2.
Our Minister of Security and Justice is authorised to issue further regulations for the implementation of Articles 384–387.

De vereisten, waaraan het formulier van de oproeping van de verdachte om ter terechtzitting te verschijnen moet voldoen, worden vastgesteld door Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie.

Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie is bevoegd nadere voorschriften te geven ter uitvoering van de artikelen 384–387.
