Article 39 shall apply mutatis mutandis with regard to pre-trial detention (inverzekeringstelling) by the public prosecutor and the examining magistrate pursuant to this Title.
Artikel 39 vindt ten aanzien van inverzekeringstelling door de officier van justitie en de rechter-commissaris uit hoofde van deze titel overeenkomstige toepassing.
