The term for summoning is at least three days.

In the event that the term for summoning is shorter than eight days, the statement of defence, as referred to in Article 262, paragraph 1, must be submitted before the time of the court hearing stated in the summons.

De termijn van dagvaarding is ten minste drie dagen.
2.
Ingeval de termijn van dagvaarding korter is dan acht dagen moet het bezwaarschrift, bedoeld in artikel 262, eerste lid, worden ingediend voor het tijdstip van de terechtzitting dat in de dagvaarding staat vermeld.
