The supplement referred to in Article 365a, paragraph 2, shall be signed by one of the judges who rendered the abridged judgment or, in their absence, by the president of the court.
2.
Article 365, paragraphs 3 up to and including 5, shall apply mutatis mutandis.

De aanvulling bedoeld in artikel 365a, tweede lid, wordt ondertekend door een van de rechters die het verkorte vonnis hebben gewezen of bij hun ontstentenis door de voorzitter van het gerecht.
2.
Artikel 365, derde tot en met vijfde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
