If the court finds that there is forgery in an authentic deed, it shall declare the entire document forged in its judgment, or it shall specify in what the forgery consists.

As soon as the judgment has acquired the force of res judicata, the clerk of the court shall make a notation on the document, signed by him, stating that it has been declared false in whole or in part and mentioning the judgment by which this has occurred. The provision in the preceding sentence does not apply to deeds appearing in a register of civil status.

Grosses, certified copies or extracts of the document shall not be issued unless accompanied by the annotation placed thereon.

Indien de rechtbank valschheid in authentiek geschrift aanneemt, verklaart zij bij de uitspraak het geheele stuk valsch, of wijst zij aan waarin de valschheid bestaat.

Zoodra het vonnis in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, stelt de griffier eene door hem onderteekende aanteekening op het stuk, houdende dat dit geheel of gedeeltelijk is valsch verklaard en vermeldende het vonnis waarbij dit is geschied. Het in de vorige zin bepaalde is niet van toepassing op akten, voorkomende in een register van de burgerlijke stand.

Grossen, afschriften of uittreksels van het stuk worden niet uitgegeven, dan met bijvoeging van de daarop gestelde aanteekening.
