For the purposes of this article, a protected witness shall be understood to mean a witness who has been designated as such by the court pursuant to Article 226m.
Onder afgeschermde getuige wordt verstaan een getuige die door de rechter op grond van artikel 226m als zodanig is aangemerkt.
