A Dutch ship shall be understood to mean that which is understood by that term in Article 86 of the Criminal Code.
For the purposes of this Act, an offshore installation shall be understood to mean any installation erected outside the jurisdiction of a court on the seabed of the territorial sea or on that part of the North Sea the boundaries of which coincide with those of the part of the continental shelf appertaining to the Netherlands.
Onder Nederlands schip wordt verstaan hetgeen daaronder wordt verstaan in artikel 86 van het Wetboek van Strafrecht.
Onder installatie ter zee wordt verstaan elke installatie buiten het rechtsgebied van een rechtbank opgericht op de bodem van de territoriale zee of op dat deel van de Noordzee waarvan de grenzen samenvallen met die van het aan Nederland toekomende gedeelte van het continentale plat.
