Article 126zp

The public prosecutor may, if the interests of the investigation so require, at the time of or immediately following the application of Article 126zl, paragraph 1, 126zm, paragraph 1 or 3, or 126zn, paragraph 1, order the person who can reasonably be suspected of having knowledge of the method of encryption of the data referred to in these articles to cooperate in the decryption of the data by undoing the encryption, or to make such knowledge available.
Article 126nh, paragraph 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De officier van justitie kan, indien het belang van het onderzoek dit vordert, bij of terstond na de toepassing van artikel 126zl, eerste lid, 126zm, eerste of derde lid, of 126zn, eerste lid, degene van wie redelijkerwijs kan worden vermoed dat hij kennis draagt van de wijze van versleuteling van de in deze artikelen bedoelde gegevens, bevelen medewerking te verlenen aan het ontsleutelen van de gegevens door de versleuteling ongedaan te maken, dan wel deze kennis ter beschikking te stellen.
Artikel 126nh, tweede lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
