As soon as the suspect has been released by the public prosecutor or the assistant public prosecutor in accordance with Article 57, paragraph 5, or Article 58, paragraph 3, respectively, Article 59a shall no longer apply.
Zodra de verdachte door de officier van justitie of de hulpofficier overeenkomstig artikel 57, vijfde lid, onderscheidenlijk artikel 58, derde lid, in vrijheid is gesteld, vindt artikel 59a geen toepassing meer.
