An appeal in cassation against judgments or rulings that are not final judgments is only permitted simultaneously with the appeal against the final judgment.
Tegen vonnissen of arresten die geen einduitspraken zijn, is het beroep in cassatie slechts gelijktijdig met dat tegen de einduitspraak toegelaten.
