In this Title, the following definitions apply:
probation officer: the person who, by an institution designated in accordance with Article 6:3:14, is charged with maintaining contact with the person placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelde);
psychiatric hospital
an accommodation as referred to in Article 1:1, paragraph 1, point (b), of the Compulsory Mental Healthcare Act;
an accommodation as referred to in Article 1, paragraph 1, point (b), of the Care and Coercion (Psychogeriatric and Intellectually Disabled Clients) Act;
psychiatrist: a medical practitioner as referred to in Article 90 septies of the Criminal Code.
In deze titel wordt verstaan onder:
reclasseringsmedewerker: degene die door een instelling, aangewezen overeenkomstig artikel 6:3:14, is belast met het onderhouden van contact met de ter beschikking gestelde;
psychiatrisch ziekenhuis:
een accommodatie als bedoeld in artikel 1:1, eerste lid, onderdeel b, van de Wet verplichte geestelijke gezondheidszorg;
een accommodatie als bedoeld in artikel 1, eerste lid, onderdeel b, van de Wet zorg en dwang psychogeriatrische en verstandelijk gehandicapte cliënten;
psychiater: een arts als bedoeld in artikel 90 septies van het Wetboek van Strafrecht.
