As soon as possible after the decision referred to in Article 509a, the presiding judge of the court shall instruct the board of the Legal Aid Board (raad voor rechtsbijstand) to appoint counsel for the suspect.
Ten spoedigste na de beslissing bedoeld in artikel 509a, geeft de voorzitter van het gerecht het bestuur van de raad voor rechtsbijstand last tot aanwijzing van een raadsman aan de verdachte.
