In the event of Article 295, the official report, together with the other procedural documents, shall be forwarded by the Advocate General to the public prosecutor in the district in which the court that rendered the judgment in the first instance is situated, and only that court shall have jurisdiction to take cognizance of the criminal offence.
In geval van artikel 295 wordt het proces-verbaal met de andere processtukken door den advocaat-generaal toegezonden aan de officier van justitie in het arrondissement waarin de rechtbank is gelegen die in eerste aanleg heeft gevonnist, en is alleen die rechtbank bevoegd van het misdrijf kennis te nemen.
