If, in the case of an order as referred to in Article 14a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the payment of a security deposit has been imposed as a special condition, Articles 6:1:1, 6:4:1, paragraphs 1 and 2, first sentence, 6:4:3, paragraph 6, and 6:4:8 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
In no event shall a period longer than three months be set for the payment, calculated from the day on which the judgment or the appellate decision has become enforceable.
The refund of the security deposit shall take place upon the instruction of Our Minister.
Indien bij een bevel als bedoeld in artikel 14a van het Wetboek van Strafrecht storting van een waarborgsom als bijzondere voorwaarde is gesteld, vinden de artikelen 6:1:1, 6:4:1, eerste lid en tweede lid, eerste zin, 6:4:3, zesde lid, en 6:4:8 overeenkomstige toepassing.
Voor de storting wordt in geen geval een langere termijn gesteld dan drie maanden, te rekenen van de dag waarop het vonnis of het arrest voor tenuitvoerlegging vatbaar is geworden.
Teruggave van de waarborgsom geschiedt op aanwijzing van Onze Minister.
