The revocation of the cheque is effective only after the expiration of the time limit for presentment.
2.
If no revocation takes place, the person concerned may pay even after the end of that period.

De herroeping van de chèque is slechts van kracht na het einde van den termijn van aanbieding.

Indien geene herroeping plaats heeft, kan de betrokkene zelfs na het einde van dien termijn betalen.
