The interruption of the prescription is effective only against the person in respect of whom the act of interruption has taken place.
Article 321, paragraph 1, under a-d of Book 3 of the Civil Code does not apply to the periods of prescription referred to in the preceding article; in the cases referred to in Article 321, paragraph 1, under b and c of Book 3 of the Civil Code, the legally incapable person or the entitled party whose right of action has prescribed has recourse against the legal representative or administrator.
De stuiting der verjaring is slechts van kracht tegen dengene, ten aanzien van wien de stuitingshandeling heeft plaats gehad.
Op de in het vorige artikel bedoelde verjaringen is artikel 321, eerste lid, onder a-d van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek niet van toepassing; in de gevallen bedoeld in artikel 321, eerste lid, onder b en c, van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek heeft de onbekwame of rechthebbende wiens rechtsvordering is verjaard, verhaal op de wettelijke vertegenwoordiger of bewindvoerder.
