Article 125

The acceptance is unconditional, but the drawee may restrict it to a part of the sum.
2.
Any other modification made by the acceptor with respect to that which is stated in the bill of exchange constitutes a refusal of acceptance. The acceptor is, however, bound in accordance with the terms of his acceptance.

De acceptatie is onvoorwaardelijk, maar de betrokkene kan haar beperken tot een gedeelte van de som.
2.
Elke andere wijziging, door den acceptant met betrekking tot het in den wisselbrief vermelde aangebracht, geldt als weigering van acceptatie. De acceptant is echter gehouden overeenkomstig den inhoud zijner acceptatie.
