The Employee Insurance Agency (Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen) may have the person who is entitled to a WGA benefit (WGA-uitkering), and for whom the chance of integration into the labour process is low and who is therefore for the time being not placeable on the labour market, perform unpaid additional activities for a maximum period of two years. Article 10a, paragraphs two to ten inclusive, of the Participation Act (Participatiewet) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Het Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen kan de persoon, die recht heeft op een WGA-uitkering, en voor wie de kans op inschakeling in het arbeidsproces gering is en die daardoor vooralsnog niet bemiddelbaar is op de arbeidsmarkt, onbeloonde additionele werkzaamheden laten verrichten gedurende maximaal twee jaar. Artikel 10a, tweede tot en met tiende lid, van de Participatiewet is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
