The UWV shall lay down further rules with respect to the voluntary insurance. These rules shall in any event contain provisions regarding:
a.
admission to the voluntary insurance;
b.
the end of the voluntary insurance; and
c.
the daily wage, as referred to in Article 21, paragraph 1.
Het UWV stelt nadere regels met betrekking tot de vrijwillige verzekering. Deze regels bevatten in ieder geval bepalingen met betrekking tot:
a.
de toelating tot de vrijwillige verzekering;
b.
het einde van de vrijwillige verzekering; en
c.
het dagloon, bedoeld in artikel 21, eerste lid.
