Article 7b
in forceArticles 8 up to and including 12, 16, and 17a up to and including 20 of the Police Data Act (Wet politiegegevens) shall not apply to data processed for the implementation of the provisions of Article 6a, paragraph 1, points (b) and (c), and Article 7a, paragraphs 1 and 2, unless such data is provided to Our Minister for the exercise of a power pursuant to this Act.
Op de gegevens die ter uitvoering van het bepaalde in artikel 6a, eerste lid, onderdeel b en c, en artikel 7a, eerste en tweede lid, worden verwerkt zijn de artikelen 8 tot en met 12, 16, en 17a tot en met 20 van de Wet politiegegevens niet van toepassing, tenzij sprake is van verstrekking aan Onze Minister ter uitoefening van een bevoegdheid op grond van deze wet.
