Article 3a

They shall likewise not apply to persons who are part thereof or are employed therein, insofar as Our Minister of Defence has determined this by regulation.
Articles 9, paragraph 1, 13, paragraph 1, 14, paragraph 1, 20a, paragraph 2, 22, paragraph 1, 26, paragraph 1, 27, paragraph 1, 32a, paragraph 1, and 32b, paragraph 1, do not apply to the police. They also do not apply to persons who are part thereof or who work for it, insofar as Our Minister has determined this by regulation.
Articles 13, paragraph 1, 14, paragraph 1, 20a, paragraph 2, 22, paragraph 1, 26, paragraph 1, 27, paragraph 1, 32a, paragraph 1, and 32b, paragraph 1, do not apply to the other public service and to persons who are part thereof or work for it, including investigation officers of the special investigation services referred to in Article 2 of the Act on special investigation services and extraordinary investigation officers, insofar as Our Minister has determined this by regulation.
For the purposes of this Article, the armed forces, police and other public services shall also be understood to include non-Dutch armed forces, police or public services.
Articles 26, paragraph 1, and 27, paragraph 1, do not apply to private maritime security personnel acting pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Merchant Shipping (Wet ter Bescherming Koopvaardij).
De artikelen 9, eerste lid, 13, eerste lid, 14, eerste lid, 20a, tweede lid22, eerste lid, 26, eerste lid, 27, eerste lid, 32a, eerste lid, en 32b, eerste lid, zijn niet van toepassing op de krijgsmacht. Zij zijn evenmin van toepassing op personen die daarvan deel uitmaken of daarvoor werkzaam zijn, voor zover Onze Minister van Defensie dit bij regeling heeft bepaald.
De artikelen 9, eerste lid, 13, eerste lid, 14, eerste lid, 20a, tweede lid22, eerste lid, 26, eerste lid, 27, eerste lid, 32a, eerste lid, en 32b, eerste lid, zijn niet van toepassing op de politie. Zij zijn evenmin van toepassing op personen die daarvan deel uitmaken of daarvoor werkzaam zijn, voor zover Onze Minister dit bij regeling heeft bepaald.
De artikelen 13, eerste lid, 14, eerste lid, 20a, tweede lid22, eerste lid, 26, eerste lid, 27, eerste lid, 32a, eerste lid, en 32b, eerste lid, zijn niet van toepassing op de overige openbare dienst en op personen die daarvan deel uitmaken of daarvoor werkzaam zijn, daaronder begrepen opsporingsambtenaren van de bijzondere opsporingsdiensten, bedoeld in artikel 2 van de Wet op de bijzondere opsporingsdiensten en buitengewone opsporingsambtenaren, voor zover Onze Minister dit bij regeling heeft bepaald.
Voor de toepassing van dit artikel wordt onder krijgsmacht, politie en overige openbare dienst mede verstaan niet-Nederlandse krijgsmacht, politie of openbare dienst.
De artikelen 26, eerste lid en 27, eerste lid, zijn niet van toepassing op particulier maritiem beveiligingspersoneel dat optreedt krachtens het bepaalde in de Wet ter Bescherming Koopvaardij.
