in forceWithout prejudice to Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 258/2012, Our Minister may establish templates for the proof of recognition, the consents, the permits, the authorisations, as well as for other documents to be used for the implementation of the Act. These templates shall be published in the Government Gazette (Nederlandse Staatscourant).
Onze Minister kan, onverminderd artikel 4, eerste lid, van verordening (EU) nr. 258/2012, modellen vaststellen van het bewijs van erkenning, de consenten, de vergunningen, de verloven, alsmede van andere ter uitvoering van de wet te gebruiken bescheiden. Deze modellen worden bekendgemaakt in de Nederlandse Staatscourant.
