in forceA consular officer as referred to in the Consular Act is authorised to execute a deed as referred to in Articles 2, paragraph 1, under c, and paragraph 5, 3, paragraph 1, 4, paragraph 3, and 5, paragraph 3, with the proviso that the limitation to Dutch nationals in Article 1, paragraph 4, of the Consular Act does not apply.
Article 3, paragraph 3, first sentence, and Article 4, paragraph 5, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the consular officer.
Deeds executed by or in the presence of a consular officer in accordance with this Act shall have the same force as if they had been executed before a civil-law notary in the Netherlands.
Een consulaire ambtenaar als bedoeld in de Consulaire Wet is bevoegd tot het verlijden van een akte als bedoeld in de artikelen 2, eerste lid, onder c, en vijfde lid, 3, eerste lid, 4, derde lid, en 5, derde lid, met dien verstande dat de beperking tot Nederlanders in artikel 1, vierde lid, van de Consulaire Wet niet van toepassing is.
De artikelen 3, derde lid, eerste volzin, en 4, vijfde lid, zijn ten aanzien van de consulaire ambtenaar van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De door een consulaire ambtenaar of te zijnen overstaan overeenkomstig deze wet verleden akten hebben gelijke kracht als waren zij in Nederland notarieel verleden.
