This Act shall enter into force with effect from the second day following the date of issue of the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees in which it is published.

3.

This Act may be cited as: Corporate Income Tax Act 1969.

Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin zij is geplaatst.

Deze wet kan worden aangehaald als: Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969.
