in forceIf the person subject to the out-of-home placement order does not have a legal counsel and, upon request, desires legal assistance, the mayor shall notify the board of the Legal Aid Board thereof, which shall appoint a legal counsel for the person subject to the out-of-home placement order.
Articles 28, first paragraph, 37, 38, 43, 44 and 51 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Indien de uithuisgeplaatste geen raadsman heeft, en desgevraagd rechtsbijstand wenst, stelt de burgemeester het bestuur van de raad voor rechtsbijstand daarvan in kennis, die voor de uithuisgeplaatste een raadsman aanwijst.
De artikelen 28, eerste lid, 37, 38, 43, 44 en 51 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
