The right to and the amount of the rent subsidy are dependent on the financial capacity, including the assets, of the tenant, their partner, and the co-occupants.
2.
With respect to a specific dwelling, a rent subsidy may be granted to only one tenant.

Het recht op en de hoogte van de huurtoeslag is afhankelijk van de draagkracht, waaronder begrepen het vermogen, van de huurder, diens partner en de medebewoners.
2.
Ten aanzien van een bepaalde woning kan slechts aan één huurder een huurtoeslag worden toegekend.
