For the purposes of this Act, "electronic invoice" shall be understood to mean an invoice containing the data prescribed by or pursuant to this Act, which has been issued and received in an electronic format.
In deze wet wordt verstaan onder «elektronische factuur», een factuur die de bij of krachtens deze wet voorgeschreven gegevens bevat, welke in elektronisch formaat is verstrekt en ontvangen.
