The acts performed by the travel agency under the conditions of Article 28z with a view to the conclusion of the travel contract shall be considered as a single service which the travel agency provides for the traveller (travel service). The place of this service is the place where the travel agency has established its registered office or a fixed establishment from which it has provided the service.
De onder de voorwaarden van artikel 28z verrichte handelingen van het reisbureau met het oog op de totstandkoming van de reis, worden beschouwd als één enkele dienst die het reisbureau voor de reiziger verricht (reisdienst). De plaats van deze dienst is de plaats waar het reisbureau de zetel van zijn bedrijfsuitoefening of een vaste inrichting heeft gevestigd van waaruit het de dienst heeft verricht.
